Terms & Conditions
Please read these Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) carefully before placing an order with Wildstone Botanica.
These Terms set out the basis on which we supply our floral products (“Products”). By placing an order via our website (www.wildstonebotanica.com), or through email, phone, WhatsApp or social media messaging, you agree to be bound by these Terms and enter into a contract (“Contract”) with us.
1. About Wildstone Botanica
Wildstone Botanica is the trading name of sole trader Leanne Smith.

Our website is owned and operated by Wildstone Botanica and hosted by Squarespace.
These Terms apply whether you are ordering as an individual consumer or on behalf of a business (“You”).
2. Placing an Order
By placing an order, you confirm that:
You are legally capable of entering into a binding contract; and
You are at least 18 years old.
Once you place an order, you will receive a confirmation email (“Confirmation Email”). The Contract between you and Wildstone Botanica is formed when this email is issued.
The Contract relates only to the Products confirmed in the Confirmation Email.
3. Changes & Cancellations
Perishable Products
As our flowers are perishable, orders cannot be cancelled within 4 weeks of the scheduled delivery date.
Cancellation After Confirmation
Following receipt of your Confirmation Email, cancellations are considered only in exceptional circumstances and remain at our sole discretion.
We reserve the right to decline any order and issue a full refund where appropriate.
4. Amending Your Order
If you need to amend your order, please contact:

Amendments (including delivery date, address, gift message or additional items) must be requested at least 14 working days before the scheduled delivery date.
Changes requested after this time cannot be guaranteed and may incur additional charges.
All amendments remain at Wildstone Botanica's discretion.
5. Delivery
Delivery Dates
Delivery dates are agreed at the time of ordering.
We reserve the right to amend delivery windows or change dates where necessary.
Delivery Addresses & Accuracy
It is your responsibility to ensure:
The delivery address is correct and complete
Clear instructions are provided where necessary
Updated details are shared promptly if circumstances change
If an incorrect address is supplied and delivery is attempted before the error is highlighted, a replacement Product will not be issued.
Recipient Availability
It is your responsibility to ensure the recipient is available to receive their flowers.
If no one is available:
We may leave the Product in a cool, safe place
We may leave with a neighbour
We will notify via delivery note or message
Due to the perishable nature of flowers, we cannot guarantee freshness if left unattended.
If delivery is not possible, the Product will return to the studio for collection. We do not offer redelivery.

We are unable to deliver to:
Hospitals
Care homes
Properties with shared secure entry systems or flats
Failed Delivery
If delivery cannot be completed:
We will attempt to contact you
The Product will return to the studio
Collection must be arranged by you
Refunds in such cases are entirely at our discretion.
Delivery Areas & Charges
We currently deliver to selected local areas, as outlined on our website.
We reserve the right to:
Apply a delivery charge
Implement a minimum order value
Delivery outside our usual areas may be possible by prior arrangement.
6. Collection
Orders may be collected from our Redhill studio by prior arrangement.
Once collected:
You are responsible for safe transportation
You are responsible for the ongoing care of the flowers
Changes to agreed collection times are at our discretion.
7. Availability & Substitution
All Products are subject to seasonal availability.
We work closely with trusted growers to maintain our quality standards. If specific stems are unavailable or do not meet our expectations, we reserve the right to substitute with flowers of similar style and equal or greater value.
Any substitutions will always reflect the overall aesthetic of your chosen arrangement.
8. Care & Longevity
Care instructions are provided wherever possible.

While we use the freshest flowers available, longevity depends on environmental factors such as temperature, light, and care.
If a Product appears to have perished unusually quickly and has been cared for correctly, please contact us within 24 hours with photographs. At our discretion, we may offer:
A replacement; or
A full or partial refund
Refunds and replacements are not automatic and remain at our sole discretion.
9. Guarantee
In the rare event that your Product arrives damaged, please notify us within 24 hours and provide photographs.
Where we determine the issue is not due to delivery instructions or environmental factors, we may offer either:
A replacement on the next available delivery date; or
A full or partial refund
We do not offer both a replacement and a refund.
Wildstone Botanica reserves the right to decline claims where misuse or repeated abuse of the Guarantee is suspected.
10. Partners & Third Parties
On occasion, we may use trusted partner florists to fulfil orders.
Where our website links to third-party sites, these are provided for information only. We are not responsible for the content or services of external websites.
11. Fraud Prevention
If we believe an order may be fraudulent, we reserve the right to cancel and refund the order.
We may cooperate with law enforcement where necessary.
12. Special Offers, Competitions & Gift Cards
Promotional codes:
Are time-limited
Cannot be combined
Cannot be applied retrospectively
We reserve the right to amend or withdraw offers at any time.
Gift cards must be redeemed before their expiry date. Remaining balances cannot be transferred beyond this date.
13. Personal Data
We value your privacy. Please refer to our Privacy Policy for full details on how we use your data.
If you choose not to include your name on a message card, we will not disclose your identity to the recipient without your permission.
14. Technical Issues
We cannot be held responsible for orders that cannot be fulfilled due to unforeseen technical issues.
Where possible, we will amend or refund affected orders.
15. Intellectual Property
All content on our website — including imagery, designs and written material — is owned by or licensed to Wildstone Botanica.
Content may not be copied, reproduced or distributed without prior written permission.
16. Events Beyond Our Control
We are not liable for delays or failure to perform obligations caused by events beyond our reasonable control, including (but not limited to):
Natural disasters
Industrial action
Transport disruption
Government restrictions
17. Legal Framework
These Terms are governed by the law of England and Wales.
Any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
